In the tradition of Indiana Jones, The Mummy and Tomb Raider, comes three bestselling adventure screenplays together in one omnibus
JUDAS SILVER
Someone is stealing the cursed thirty coins paid to betray Christ. Disturbed by these events, the Vatican hires our hero, antiquities thief, Trey Jordan. Trey's mission is simple find the coins first. And to combat the dark power contained within the cursed coins, Trey will be entrusted with a powerful weapon of his own, a weapon hidden deep with the Vatican's secret vaults. As the adventure begins, he will team up with a past lover, the beautiful numismatist Eve Roberts, a coin collector herself and owner of one of the cursed Judas Coins. Their search begins with a famous sunken ship and will lead to a bizarre castle located in the middle of a Scottish loch. And waiting at every turn is the mysterious Draken, whose dark power multiplies with the acquisition of each new coin. In the end, when a seemingly victorious Draken brings together all thirty coins, when the Gates of Hell have been thrown wide open and the world has been plunged into darkness and chaos, a desperate Trey Jordan will unleash the ferocious power of the legendary Fourth Nail.
LOST EDEN
Jack Rome, working at the Swiss Embassy in Tehran, is approached by a young woman with a very unusual story, a story that reaches back through the ages. The woman also looks frustratingly familiar, and as Jack realizes just who she is, he finds himself thrown into a world of spies, hunters, lost history... and a search for something beyond his wildest imagination. Now the race is on to find the true Garden of Eden - as one ruthless Russian billionaire, dying of a rare disease, will stop at nothing to find the Tree of Life and its alleged healing oils.
MERLIN'S TOMB
In "Merlin's Tomb," two children are about to come face-to-face with one very famous wizard... and one infamous dictator.
**Acclaim for the Novels of J.R. Rain**
"Gripping, adventurous, and romantic - J.R. Rain's The Lost Ark is a breakneck thriller that traces the thread of history from Biblical stories to current-day headlines. Be prepared to lose sleep!"
-JAMES ROLLINS, international bestselling author of Altar of Eden and The Doomsday Key
"I enjoyed this immensely."
-PIERS ANTHONY, New York Times bestselling author of A Spell for Chameleon and On A Pale Horse
"Dark Horse is one of the best books I've read in a long time! A great classic detective story with a modern twist. Unique and interesting characters (I think I'm half in love with Jim Knighthorse now!), a great plot that kept me guessing until the end, and some of the funniest lines I've read anywhere."
-GEMMA HALLIDAY, bestselling author of Deadly Cool and Play Dead

I agree with the other reviewer... all three of the stories in this "boxed set" is written screenplay style. It was offered as a freebie when I got it, so at least I didn't waste any money on it! If I had bothered to "Look Inside" I wouldn't have even bothered. There is a new Scott Nicholson story.. "The Gorge" that is written the same way... again, thankfully, I got it as a freebie. Also written screenplay style. I don't want to read a screenplay, I'm trying to read a story!Edit... after reading part of the first story, I found that once you get accustomed to the screenplay style of writing, it is not all that bad. It's still a little distracting, but gets to be almost acceptable. Granted, I will probably not buy any more books written in this style, and will be sure to use the "Look Inside" preview feature (I usually do, but didn't think I needed to with a J.R. Rain set). I'm just getting started into the first story (Judas Silver), and after getting past the screenplay style of writing, find myself being drawn into the story. I may change my rating after reading the set, based this time on the stories themselves, rather than the screenplay presentation.
Also, to be fair, I commented on Scott Nicholson's "The Gorge", and how that was written in screenplay style also. However, the book DOES say "The Gorge" and beneath that, "Screenplay". Also, if you check (again, I didn't) inside, it DOES say that it is a screenplay re-write of an earlier book (They Hunger).
So, I'm updating my review and my rating, and the rating may change based on the quality of the stories. Just know that if you get these books (both J.R. Rain and Nicholson) that you WILL be reading a screenplay...

Dark Quests Three Screenplays edition by JR Rain Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
I am a great fan. However I found the "script" style story off-putting.
I lost interest after half of "Judas Silver". I will continue to read this
author, but hope I will not run into this format again.
i got completely caught up in this series. j.r. rain is a wonderful author who makes you feel you are completely part of the story. loved this series
I have read most of J. R. Rains novels and books and I realy like his style of writing. I hope he will continue to write for a long time.
Very interesting format. I liked the scene set ups as well as the character language. Characters actually had character for a change.
J.R. Rain does it again!!! His books r so captivating, keeping u on the edge of ur seat and always wanting more!! Very talented author and one of my favorites!!!
This was very easy to read. I was a bit shy to read screenplays but I could see it all in my mind. So smoothly written it was like I was watching the plots unfold instead of reading them. JR Rain has become my super favorite author!
You will love these screen plays as much as I do. Each one is unique, they are fast paced, and I loved the fact that J.R. put them all together.
J.R. Rain keeps giving us GREAT READS. My favorite author and he will be yours after reading his books. No matter what he writes me leaves you wanting more of his stories.
Thanks J.R. for a great time reading.
